  Provide customer service in the restaurant by seating patrons, taking food orders, serving meals and attending to customer needs.

  Conducts the game(s) assigned by adhering to all Casino policies and procedures and providing a high degree of customer service. Maintain a spirit of teamwork and cooperation with all co-workers. Protect games according to Sac & Fox rules, and State Gaming regulations. Ensure any and all information about problems happening on your game are passed onto your supervisor.

• Slot Tech Trainee

  Participate in assigned on the job training to perform preventative maintenance and Minor repair of all gaming machines and signage within the Casino, on his/her Assigned shift. Follows policies and procedures and direction from his/her Supervisor. Complete the progressive access levels in the designated time periods.

• Slot Attendant

  Assist Slot Supervisor in guest service and public relations on the slot floor. Responsible for ensuring that customers have sufficient coin to play machines, answer general questions about machine play, identifies and refers problems or complaints to immediate supervisor.

  Providing security of support operation and supervision of officers on the assigned shift. Implements security policy and procedure as it applies to Casino Internal Controls.

  Maintain facility, customer and employee security and safety during assigned shift. Escort all money transfers throughout the Casino, and escorts armored car personnel while at the facility.

  Collect and review daily paperwork and transmittal forms from Cage and Vault to determine accuracy and compliance with Internal Controls and Casino Policy & Procedure.

• Players Club Host

  Performs public relations activities to promote the Casino by carrying out assigned activities. Greet patrons as they enter the casino.

  Marketing Department

• Help Desk Tech

  Under the direction of the MIS Manager this position is responsible for providing first level technical assistance to computer users. Logging, tracking, escalating, and resolving work orders by fielding telephone calls and emails. The Help Desk Specialist is the first point of contact for technical assistance requests coming into the MIS Department.

  Maintain clean and sanitary kitchen utensils.

  Responsible for cleaning administrative offices, restrooms, and Casino floor. Assure gaming floor is maintained properly providing a clean environment for customers and employees. Assist in departmental needs as directed by supervisor.

  Learn and remain familiar with menu items and responsible for all food preparations and proper timing of foods. Coordinates placing of food on steam and cold tables with other cooks, works closely together with Cook Shift Supervisor to assured that all materials needed are in stock for the menu. Be alert, friendly and able to assist customers with courtesy and promptness.

  Provide liquid refreshment to patrons in assigned area of responsibility by passing through Slot Department aisles, Lounge and Live Games areas with tray and soliciting specific orders from patrons and retrieving these refreshments from the service bar area.

  Accurately conduct cash, coin, chip, token transactions and redemption for gaming customers. Prepare applicable paperwork and comply with Federal cash reporting requirements.
