Cook
Coordinates placing of food on steam and cold tables with other cooks, works closely together with Food & Beverage Supervisors to assure that all materials needed are in stock for the menu. Previous experience in cold and hot food preparation.
Cashier/Server
Develop and maintain proficiency in cash register operations and cash
handling. Previous experience in cash handling and/ or register experience in retail setting is encouraged.
Cook Shift Supervisor
Directly responsible for supervision of all F&B venues to include: Buffet, Snack Bar, VIP Lounge, Restaurant, Banquet/Catering and Employee Dining areas.
Wait/Host
Provide customer service in the restaurant by seating patrons, taking food orders, serving meals and attending to customer needs. This position may also need to take on cashier position when the need arises, seating patrons, taking drink orders, and attending to patron needs.
Bartender/Beverage Server
Learn and remain familiar with menu and bar beverage items and pricing. Develop and maintain proficiency in cash register operations and cash handling. Must have working knowledge of drink preparation and back bar experience. Must be able to comprehend basic slot machine operation and provide guest service to gaming customers. Be alert, friendly and able to assist customers with courtesy and promptness.
Food and Beverage Supervisor
Supervise Food & Beverage personnel for each designated shift. Responsible for hiring and training personnel. Provide a solid customer service base for Food and Beverage operations, knowledge of all equipment, State and Federal safety and health regulations as well as liquor laws. SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:
*Oversee front of house operations in Deli, Buffet, Chop House, Boat Bar, 3.2 bar and floor beverage service.
*Assign employee responsibilities and monitor services for effectiveness.
*Monitor customer service and resolve complaints.
*Recommend staffing and scheduling based on department and shift needs.
*Maintain clean-as-you go policy in all work areas. Delegate specificjobs or duties to employees and follow up on operational standards.
*Assist Food & Beverage Manager with employee recruitment, transfers, promotions, education/training and employee evaluations.
*Prepare required reports (daily, weekly, monthly and counseling).
*Communicate with other departments to coordinate activities and promote effective interdepartmental relations.
*Perform other related duties as assigned.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
EDUCATION: High School Diploma or GED Certificate. EXPERIENCE: Two years experience in food & beverage management.
