Security Officer
 

Maintain facility, customer and employee security and safety during assigned shift. Escort all money transfers throughout the Casino, and escorts armored car personnel while at the facility.


Surveillance

Surveillance


Utilize Surveillance equipment to monitor Table Games, Slot Machines, and Casino Cage transactions, Hard/Soft Count Policy/Procedures, and non-gaming areas throughout the Casino.

Cage and Vault



Cage and Vault Supervisor


Oversee daily operations of Cage & Vault Department.  Insures that all policies and procedures are followed correctly.  Checks incoming cashiers and outgoing cashier’s bank.  Verifies Vault inventories with the ending of the previous inventory.  Morning Supervisor responsible for verification of Casino daily deposits.  Has authorization for signing jackpot checks.  Issue beginning banks to other department employees.  Directly handles all transfers for Supervisor’s bank and Main bank.  Reviews assigned cashier’s work performance.

Bingo

Bingo Floor Walker / Cashier / Caller

The Bingo Floor Walker/Casher/Caller will act as the seller of Bingo cards and handsets, the verifiers of the Bingo games and payouts, and caller of the objects used in the manner of the Bingo session.  Responsible for ensuring compliance with the Sac & Fox Gaming Policies, TICS and Compact.  Maintain excellent customer service for all guests and resolve any customer disputes in a professional manner.

Slots


Slot Tech

Primary responsibility is the maintenance and repair of gaming machines within the Casino. To include, but not limited to the repair of, hoppers, coin acceptor, switches, handles, doors, glass,
wiring and other machine parts.



Slot Attendant

Assist Slot Supervisor in guest service and public relations on the slot floor. Answering general questions about machine play, identifies and refers problems or complaints to immediate supervisor.
$14.00 Per Hour Including Tips.




Food & Beverage
 

Lead Cook

Directly responsible for supervision of all F&B venues to include: Buffet, Snack Bar, VIP Lounge and Banquet/Catering. To provide the highest quality food products for our guest and employees. To demonstrate knowledge of all menu item items, cooking procedures and the proper handling of all products associated with the F & B Department.


Dishwasher
 

Maintain clean and sanitary kitchen equipment, supplies, cooking utensils and dishes.  Safely operate dishwasher equipment to produce clean and sanitary kitchen and dining utensils.  Follow company policy and procedures. Help out in other areas of the kitchen when directed.  Empties all kitchen trash.


Cook
 

Learn and remain familiar with menu items and responsible for all food preparations and proper timing of foods.  Coordinates placing of food on steam and cold tables with other cooks, works closely together with BOH Shift Supervisor to assure that all materials needed are in stock for the menu.  Be alert, friendly and able to assist customers with courtesy and promptness.


Wait/waiters
 

Provide customer service in the restaurant by seating patrons, taking food orders, serving meals and attending to customer needs.  This position may also need to take on cashier position when the need arises, seating patrons, taking drink orders, and attending to patron needs.


Sous Chef 

To direct and oversee all Food Service operations for the Kitchen area. This includes all Kitchen cooks, dishwashers. Monitor employee performance, prepare schedules, oversee menu and food preparation and insure excellent customer service. Duties will also include ordering of all food for the kitchen.


Back of House Shift Supervisor  

Directly responsible for supervision of all F&B venues to include: Buffet, Snack Bar, VIP Lounge, Timber Lounge, and Banquet/Catering

Front of House Shift Supervisor  

Provide customer service in the restaurant by seating patrons, taking drink orders, and attending to patron needs.

Cafe Cook

Cafe Cashier

Provide customer service in the Cafe by taking food orders, serving meals
and attending to customer needs.

Beverage Server

Provide liquid refreshment to patrons in assigned area of responsibility by passing through Slot Department aisles, Diamond Lounge and Live Games areas with tray and soliciting specific orders from patrons and retrieving these refreshments from the service bar area.

Bartender

Learn and remain familiar with menu and bar beverage items and pricing. Develop and maintain
proficiency in cash register operations and cash handling. Must have working knowledge of drink preparation and back bar experience. Must be able to comprehend basic slot machine operation and provide guest service to gaming customers. Be alert, friendly and able to assist customers with courtesy and promptness.

 


Maintenance


Lead Maintenance Tech

Responsible for general maintenance and repair of all electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry pertaining to the gaming facility. Assist in departmental needs as directed by supervisor.

Custodial Tech

Responsible for cleaning administrative offices, restrooms, and Casino floor. Assure gaming floor is maintained
properly providing a clean environment for customers and employees. Assist in departmental needs as directed by supervisor.


Electrical Tech

Responsible for providing direction in general maintenance and repair of all electrical systems pertaining to the gaming facility as well as the Casino grounds.  Assist in departmental needs as directed by supervisor.


Maintenance Tech

Responsible for general maintenance and repair of all electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry pertaining to the gaming facility. Assist in departmental needs as directed by supervisor.

Marketing


Winner's Club Rep

Will assist Casino Hosts and Casino Personnel with arranging special services for quality
customers. Establishes and maintains professional and positive customer contact when handling such reservations via telephone and directs customer disputes to the Marketing WC Supervisor. Performs general office duties, to include the use of a computer terminal and secretarial and clerical duties as required.


Gift Shop Supervisor

Supervise all aspects of the Gift Shop including retail sales, ordering, budget control, and hiring, training and scheduling employees

Casino Host

Performs public relations activities to promote the Casino by carrying out assigned activities.
Establishes and maintains professional and positive customer contact when handling such reservations via telephone and directs customer disputes to the Marketing Manager. Performs general office duties, to include the use of a computer terminal and secretarial and clerical duties as required. Acts as a role model to other employees and always presents oneself professionally as a credit to Sac and Fox and encourages others to do the same.

IT Support Specialist

Assists in the installation, operation and maintenance of computer hardware,
operating systems, applications software and both data and voice communications relating to Casino gaming.
