Cage Cashier

Maintain tracking of coin and currency for Cage & Vault transactions on approved paperwork.  Count and verify all cash/coin/ticket/chip  transactions in Vault and assist Cage & Vault Supervisor with all Vault transactions within the department.  


Vault Cashier

Finance

 




Slots


Slot Technician

Primary responsibility is the maintenance and repair of gaming machines within the Casino. To include, but not limited to the repair of, hoppers, coin acceptor, switches, handles, doors, glass, wiring and other machine parts.


Slot Attendant

Assist Slot Supervisor in guest service and public relations on the slot floor. Answering general questions about machine play, identifies and refers problems or complaints to immediate supervisor.

Slot Attendant/MOD

Supervise Slot Department during the assigned shift. May also take on the position of Manager on Duty ( MOD) during working shift. Ensure that all areas are staffed and directs all slot personnel throughout the shift. Serves as witness on major jackpots and signs checks. May assist the Slot Director in evaluating and scheduling slot attendants on the shift. Maintain the highest standards of customer service and integrity in the Slot Department. Report any suspicious or unordinary actions to the Slot Director immediately.




Table Games

Dealer


Conducts the game(s) assigned by adhering to all Casino policies and procedures and providing a high degree of customer service. Maintain a spirit of teamwork and cooperation with all co-workers. Protect games according to Sac & Fox rules, and State Gaming regulations. Ensure any and all information about problems happening on your game are passed onto your supervisor.


Food & Beverage


Back of the House Shift Supervisor

Directly responsible for supervision of all F&B venues to include:  Buffet, Snack Bar, VIP Lounge, Timber Lounge, and Banquet/Catering.


Front of the House Shift Supervisor


Provide customer service in the restaurant by seating patrons, taking drink orders, and attending to patron needs.

Café Supervisor

To supervise and oversee all Café operation.  This includes cashiers, cooks.  Responsible for training personnel along with providing a solid customer service base for all employees of the Café.  Monitor employee performance, insure excellent customer service and handle customer complaints


Cook


Coordinates placing of food on steam and cold tables with other cooks, works closely together with Food & Beverage Supervisors to assure that all materials needed are in stock for the menu.  Previous experience in cold and hot food preparation.


Cashier/Server


Develop and maintain proficiency in cash register operations and cash
handling.  Previous experience in cash handling and/ or register experience in retail setting is encouraged.


Dishwasher


Maintain clean and sanitary kitchen utensils.




Maintenance


Maintenance Tech

Responsible for general maintenance and repair of all electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry pertaining to the gaming facility.  Assist in departmental needs as directed by supervisor


Custodial Tech


Responsible for cleaning administrative offices, restrooms, and Casino floor.  Assure gaming floor is maintained properly providing a clean environment for customers and employees.  Assist in departmental needs as directed by supervisor.


HVAC/Electrical Technician

Responsible for providing direction in general maintenance, cleaning, troubleshooting, and repair of all Casino and Administration Building Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) systems as well as general maintenance and repair of all electrical systems pertaining HVAC systems, the gaming facility, and the Casino grounds. Assist in departmental needs as directed by supervisor.



Marketing

Winner's Club Rep

Will assist Casino Hosts and Casino Personnel with arranging special services for quality customers. Establishes and maintains professional and positive customer contact when handling such reservations via telephone and directs customer disputes to the Marketing WC Supervisor. Performs general office duties, to include the use of a computer terminal and secretarial and clerical duties as required.


Casino Host


Performs public relations activities to promote the Casino by carrying out assigned activities. Establishes and maintains professional and positive customer contact when handling such reservations via telephone and directs customer disputes to the Marketing Manager. Performs general office duties, to include the use of a computer terminal and secretarial and clerical duties as required. Acts as a role model to other employees and always presents oneself professionally as a credit to Sac and Fox and encourages others to do the same.

Security

Security Officer


Maintain facility, customer and employee security and safety during assigned shift. Escort all money transfers throughout the Casino, and escorts armored car personnel while at the facility.


Surveillance Monitor

Utilize Surveillance equipment to monitor Table Games, Slot Machines, and Casino Cage transactions, Hard/Soft Count Policy/Procedures, and non-gaming areas throughout the Casino.
