Vault Cashier
Perform Tracking of coin and currency for Cage & Vault transactions on approved paperwork. Count and verify all cash, coin, ticket, & chip transactions in the Vault as well as assist the department Supervisor with all Vault transactions within the department.
Cage Cashier
Provide tracking of coin and currency for Cage & Vault transactions on approved paperwork. Count and verify all cash, coin, ticket, & chip transactions in the Cage and assist Cage & Vault Supervisor with all Vault transactions within the department.
Cage & Vault Supervisor
Oversee daily operations of Cage & Vault Department. Insures that all policies and procedures are followed correctly. Checks incoming & outgoing cashier’s bank. Verifies inventories with the ending of the previous inventory. The Morning Supervisor is responsible for verification of Casino daily deposits & has authorization for signing jackpot checks. Issue beginning banks to other department employees. Directly handles all transfers from the Supervisor’s & Main bank. Reviews assigned cashier’s work performance.

Recon Clerk
The poker cashier is responsible for the entire process of the pokers games, including sign ups, cash drawers and all reporting, transactions, audits and variances.
Count Team
This Team Member is Responsible for performing all drop functions and reconciling & verifying all funds brought in from drop. Count Kiosk, Blind Drops, Table Games and Slot Machine cash drops.

Dishwasher
Maintain clean and sanitary kitchen equipment, supplies, cooking utensils and dishes. Safely operate dishwasher equipment to produce clean and sanitary kitchen and dining utensils. Follow company policy and procedures. Help out in other areas of the kitchen when directed. Empties all kitchen trash.
Cook
Learn & familiarize yourself with menu items. You are responsible for all food preparations and proper timing of foods. Coordinates placing of food on steam and cold tables with other cooks, works closely together with BOH Shift Supervisor to assure that all materials needed are in stock for the menu. Be alert, friendly and able to assist customers with courtesy & promptness.
Wait Host
Provide customer service in the restaurant by seating patrons, taking food orders, serving meals and attending to customer needs. This position may also need to take on cashier roles when the need arises, seating patrons, taking drink orders, and attending to patron needs.

Will assist Casino Hosts and Casino Personnel with arranging special services for quality customers. Establishes and maintains professional and positive customer contact when handling such reservations via telephone and directs customer disputes to the Marketing WC Supervisor. Performs general office duties, to include the use of a computer terminal and secretarial and clerical duties as required.
Casino Host
Maintains public relations activities to promote the Casino by carrying out assigned activities. Establishes professional & positive customer contact when handling reservations via telephone & directs customer disputes to the Marketing Manager. Involves general office duties, to include the use of a computer terminal for secretarial and clerical duties. Acts as a role model to other employees and always presents oneself professionally.
Marketing Coordinator
Marketing Coordinator will provide friendly, courteous and efficient services to all guests and team members. They provide support for Marketing and Player Development in the preparation of promotions and special events. Coordinates all Graphic designs of direct mail, tournaments and advertising. This position also coordinates with the contracted Advertising Agency, printed & radio advertising, social media, analysis and all other internal departments.
Winners Club Supervisor
Assists internal promotion coordination in overseeing club hostesses’ activities, Casino Hosts, employees & the efficient operation in the club area. Aids in scheduling Club & Casino Hosts, training, counseling employees, assuring good public relations, & resolving guest complaints. Security Supervisor
Providing security of support operation and supervision of officers on the assigned shift. Implements security policy and procedure as itapplies to Casino Internal Controls.
Lead Security Officer
Maintain facility, customer and employee security and safety during assigned shift. Escort all money transfers throughout the Casino, and the armored car personnel while at the facility. Assist shift supervisor by answering questions, providing direction to other officers and assuming supervisor role in his/her absence. This is a part time lead position. When not working Lead this position will perform the duties of a security officer.
