Bingo Floor Walker / Cashier / Caller
This Employee will act as the seller of Bingo cards & handsets. They Verify Bingo Games, payouts, & call the objects used in the Bingo session. Responsible for ensuring compliance with the Sac & Fox Gaming Policies, TICS, and Compact. Provide excellent customer service & resolve any customer disputes in a professional manner.

Maintain facility, customer and employee security and safety during assigned shift. Escort all money transfers throughout the Casino, and the armored car personnel while at the facility. Assist shift supervisor by answering questions, providing direction to other officers and assuming supervisor role in his/her absence. This is a part time lead position. When not working Lead this position will perform the duties of a security officer.

Utilize Surveillance equipment to monitor Table Games, Slot Machines, and Casino Cage transactions, Hard/Soft Count Policy/Procedures, and non-gaming areas throughout the Casino.
Directs Surveillance operations of the Casino to safeguard assets. Enforces all Surveillance Policy/Procedures as it applies to the submitted Systems of Internal Controls, and provides for training of all Surveillance staff.
